About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Commercialization, to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is responsible for leading the execution of commercialization initiatives across new products, product changes, and continuous improvement efforts. The Manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless launch execution, strong alignment, and delivery against business objectives.

This position plays a critical role in driving speed-to-market, improving processes, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Lead project and portfolio management for assigned product categories, including innovation (growth), maintenance, graphics refresh, cost savings, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop, communicate, and manage project timelines to meet internal and customer requirements
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and support the stage gate commercialization process across assigned projects
  • Own finished good material specifications creation and maintenance directly or through team support
  • Track, manage, and report commercialization KPIs for assigned categories
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Product Development, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to improve speed-to-market execution
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for end-to-end commercialization processes within Growth Units and project teams
  • Drive alignment and influence across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to achieve project objectives
  • Support delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals through effective project execution
  • Provide leadership and direction to Commercialization Analysts, as applicable
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Important Details:

  • The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $97,500.00 - 146,300.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
  • This is a full-time role remote position. Approximately 20% travel is expected to support project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and site engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercialization, project management, operations, or related function
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment, preferably within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to identify issues, assess risk, and develop effective solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); project management tools experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
