We are looking for staff members who will oversee and work with residents while exhibiting the love of Christ.


Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.


  • Assess all incoming materials to determine compliance with program rules and policies.
  • Supervise residents' daily activities
  • Ensure timely transportation for residents for all approved appointments.
  • Manage daily time schedules (med calls, meals, class, chapel, lights out, etc.)
  • Answer the phone in the administrative office
  • Complete daily shift report
  • Notify the LRP Director of suspected violations of the general rules and policies.
  • Seek out the truth in all complaints received during shift
  • Organize the attendance of residents to all scheduled activities
  • Supervise the completion of residents' violation hours
  • Maintain clean, safe, and spiritual environment for residents
