You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our South Bend, IN location with an onsite work schedule.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and program CNC machines to produce wheel components according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • At least five (5) years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
  • Experience with CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine)
  • Experience with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and custom gauges.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining processes.
