The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. The impact you'll make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Lam's Team Center PLM Program Management
What you'll do
Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for administering, supporting, and improving Lam's TeamCenter PLM system including:
Support Data migration and mapping, Bug resolution, System enhancements and major upgrades
Set priorities for PLM CIP/development by aligning cross-functionally with PLM stakeholders and ensure development velocity/output meets business needs
Provide PLM Program Management/Business System Analyst support in place for all company-wide projects impacting PLM
Work with GIS(IT) and 3rd party vendors to maintain system performance and up-time
Program/project manage assigned PLM-related improvement projects including requirements definition, process alignment, development, testing, and deployment
Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS technical degree or equivalent with 7-12+ years related project management experience within wafer equipment or other related high tech industry
5+ years of functional management experience
Proven leader, managing cross-functional global project or functional teams of 8-10+ members at various levels of the organization
Prior Engineering Change Management/PLM work experience/knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control/PLM systems, engineering and manufacturing business processes
Familiarity with SAP/other ERP systems and PLM-related integrations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate operationally with functional Engineering and Operation stakeholders, as well as communicate effectively technically with business system analysts, developers, relating to Engineering Change Management and PLM. Ability to create and deliver presentations at peer and/or executive levels
Possess an effective, results-oriented collaborative approach. Demonstrated effectiveness in leading and managing cross-functional teams without direct line authority
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems with cross-functional orgs and potentially conflicting business needs
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with TeamCenter PLM (Techno/Functional knowledge is a must)
Demonstrated experience and results as a hands-on project manager with technical strength in PLM systems, along with functional process and business operations knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Issue Reporting, and Engineering processes
Experience working with JIRA to manage software development
General query/reporting/analytics skills to support the business operations, with specific system capabilities in PLM systems and SAP. Desired capability with PowerBI, other operational systems

Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: Min $92,000 - Max $211,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
