What You'll Do:

Leads software and contact center technology engineering implementation planning, execution and development through completion of assigned technical projects, and successful delivery of ensuring efficient resource use, compliance with industry standards, and successful delivery of technical network projects, while managing vendor relationships using Agile methodologies.

What You'll Need:


Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Project Planning and Development: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.

  • Team Coordination and Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.

  • Execution and Monitoring: Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Client interaction, executive interaction, communication, presentation skills are needed for this role

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.

  • Compliance and Agile Methodologies: Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management.

  • An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.

  • Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.

  • Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.

  • Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in engineering or computer science field from US based college. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas

  • Experienced program manager that has managed technology implementations (software development or contact center technology/call routing/IVR) where the program manager has managed multiple project managers, has come up with timelines, gets updates, and does senior executive presentations in oral and PowerPoint format.

  • Be able to understand financial side of a program and put spreadsheets on costs together.

  • Must be comfortable with the finance aspect (but the role is not a finance analyst).

  • Ideally software development background transition to program/project management with agile lifecycle development experience.

  • Someone experienced in program management with minimum 7-10 years of experience in technology program management.

  • Someone who has deployed software for contact center space (such as call routing, or IVR or workforce management).

  • Ability to understand both voice and chat contact center nature is ideal.
