Principal Program ManagerIntroduction:

The Principal Program Manager will play a crucial role in leading enterprise programs, managing portfolios, driving executive reporting, creating dashboards, improving business processes, coordinating stakeholders, and managing financials and resources. This position requires expertise in program management, financial background, organization management, visual management, and tracking/reporting on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate visibility, manage progress, and provide regular updates on the status and effectiveness of organizational programs and objectives within Substation Asset Management (Electric Engineering).
  • Engage and coordinate with internal teams and key external stakeholders to ensure success.
Requirements:

Proven experience and success in business development, generating strong visual management, dashboarding, facilitation, and data management experience. Demonstrated experience with Process mapping, Re-Engineering, introducing, and implementing efficiencies, Resource Management, and an ability to manage complex projects and programs and drive them to successful completion. Staff management experience, including exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build a team and develop the individuals on that team. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
