The Program Manager II is responsible for managing the successful technical transfer of client projects and products to Curia. The individual must be able to effectively manage, lead, assign work, and problem solve both technically and managerially in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This individual has strong personal leadership skills to influence those that do not directly report to them. The individual functions as a combination customer advocate and site liaison between all functional departments.

Essential job duties

  • Serve as an expert within a specific technical area; educate others on technical issues

  • Develop detailed project plans for discipline/department; identify milestones, resource implications, timing and costs, with an emphasis on sustainability
  • Guide others in time management to accurately predict the time required to complete tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Develop solutions to overcoming risks within a project to ensure project success; recognize the need to escalate issues to higher levels when proposed solutions are note producing desired results
  • Perform analysis and design on projects to determine benefits to Curia

Education, experience, certification and licensures

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Science related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years' in program management or related field

Preferred

  •  PMP certification

Pay range: $84,000-$104,900 annually

Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
