About My Education Solutions (MES)
At My Education Solutions (MES), our mission is simple but powerful:
We help clients successfully manage their student loan debt through counseling, enrollment, and administrative support for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programs—so they can live the life they envisioned when they chose to further their education.
We are a fast-paced, results-driven organization that values ownership, growth, and results. We are looking for leaders who thrive on responsibility and take pride in building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Can confidently manage the full employee lifecycle (coaching, performance management, and termination when needed)

  • Set, track, and enforce team KPIs using Zoho CRM dashboards and reporting tools
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the team
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
Client amp; Financial Operations
  • Oversee client communication regarding programs and payments
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing, collection, and reporting of all client payments
  • Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
Oversight, Auditing amp; Compliance
  • Monitor and audit payment activity, collections, and vendor disbursements
  • Ensure all processes are compliant, accurate, and completed within required timelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
Process Improvement amp; Systems Management
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions—especially within Zoho workflows and automation
  • Optimize systems to improve tracking, reporting, and operational visibility
  • Lead special projects and internal audits

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strong leader who is both people-focused and results-driven.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Compliance, Financial Services, or similar field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (REQUIRED)
Core Competencies

  • Comfortable holding employees accountable to performance standards and KPIs
  • Ability to make sound decisions regarding performance management, and terminations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive, time-sensitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Confident communicator, both internally and with clients
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to leverage Zoho modules and CRM to drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Why Join MES?

  • Hybrid work schedule after training
  • 100% employer-paid medical benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
