POSITION SUMMARY  

DSV is growing rapidly and continuously evaluating and entering new market segments. The Manager of Program Management for North America brings an entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to excellence, and experience leading large programs successfully. Reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce, this role will oversee the day-to-day execution and introduction of new products and programs to the marketplace. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • End-to-end perspective - acts as a detailed knowledge expert of DSV's new product capabilities, roadmap, systems, and operations. 

  • Develops strong relationships across North American region and contributes to the development of the strategy to achieve product goals. 

  • Oversees the execution of DSV's market segment expansions to new and existing facilities in the United States and Canada set by executive leadership. 

  • Responsible for ensuring consistent feature deployments, customer implementations, and daily operating guidelines are used across the entire network. Works to correct gaps in network. 

  • Ability to perform individualized research - with little oversight or direction - to develop guidelines and rules based on local rules and regulations. 

  • Manages programs successfully offering centralized support across the program. 

  • Oversees the continuous improvement of customer and facility implementations. 

  • Oversees customer and facility playbooks are up to date and being utilized with 100% compliance. 

  • Oversees development and maintenance of sales enablement materials like customer qualification tools and product guides. 

  • Supports business development activities by acting as vertical knowledge and solutioning expert. 

  • Works to understand common customer service issues across the network; develops plans to mediate, deploy, and monitor across each local facility. 

  • Identifies and evaluates common tools and practices - oversees implementation at each local facility. 

  • Oversees implementation of new parcel carriers, monitors performance, ensures KPI delivery, and manages usage appropriately. 

  • Identifies reporting opportunities and partners across organization to build, deploy, monitor, and improve dashboards, KPI monitoring, and other consolidated reports. 

  • Oversees implementation of new technologies such as automation, regulatory monitoring, and transportation systems across network. 

  • Leads voice of customer and voice of business feedback and provides recommendations to executive leadership for improvements.

Education and/or Experience  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Logistics or equivalent fields is required 

  • Minimum of 10 years logistics experience with a 3PL or retailer implementing multiple facilities 

For this position, the expected base pay range is $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
