Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Deputy PMto support a Federal Government client.

Description:
  • Deputy Program Manager (DPM) shall report to and provide support to the PM.
  • The DPM shall assume all program management responsibilities and tasks in the absence of the PM but is predominantly focused on the tasks outlined below.
  • The DPM creates and manages processes that enable Mission Leads and other contract personnel to focus on daily operations.
  • The DPM is expected to spend 80% of his/her workweek collocated with the bulk of the CME Workforce.
  • The government customer requires the DPM to assume all administrative responsibilities and to alleviate such responsibilities from the Mission Leads.
  • DPM is required to maintain awareness of support requirements and leverage all available resources to remove distractions and impediments.
  • DPM is only required if exercised as a part of surge.
  • The following tasks will be performed in conjunction with the PM:
  • Human Resource Management and contract fill-rate
  • Hiring and termination processes
  • Management of nonoperational disciplinary issues
  • Onboarding and in-processing
  • Personnel Status (PERSTAT) reports
  • Schedule and task performance Oversight
  • Timekeeping and timecard approval
  • Administrative support to Mission Leads and contract workforce
  • Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products.
  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).

Job Requirements
Desired experiences:
  • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools with general understanding of GEOINT operations.
  • Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer systems and computer networks.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Irregular Warfare concepts and operations.

Education:
  • MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years of management experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services;
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 6 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services.
  • Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed.

  • Fort Gordon, GA.
