EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead key transformation initiatives across the firm. This high-impact role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional collaboration across departments and external partners.
The role is a hybrid position and will report to the Managing Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate across service lines, technology, operations, and vendors to drive program success and cohesion
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across complex project scopes
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs to track and measure success
  • Establish and oversee governance frameworks, program cadences, and communication plans for executive visibility
  • Ensure change management and stakeholder communication strategies are embedded into all phases of program delivery
  • Analyze key operational data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, while promoting transparency, accountability, and performance excellence

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise transformation or tech-driven strategic initiatives

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial or professional services
  • Agile delivery experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Proficient in program management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
