LOCATION: Frederick, MD

STATUS: Contingent

TRAVEL: Up to 10%

CLEARANCE: Secret

SALARY RANGE: The salary range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position is 160-180K per year. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and internal equity considerations.

Description: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a candidate to provide on-site vendor cost, schedule, performance management of a DoD acquisition support services contract with scope that includes program management, life cycle logistics, sustainment, medical product management, medical and technical advisory support, administrative support, engineering, and financial management support for the Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems, Capability Program Executive - Ground.

 

Primary duties will include (but not limited to)Primary duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Provide day-to-day management of administration, operational tasks, and internal business processes. Assist in project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources and management thereof.
  • Interface with corporate accounting, legal, and HR while managing daily business operations to include personnel issues, facility requirements, computer and equipment needs and wants.
  • Coordinate service/product deliveries to the Government customer, to include: travel, travel reports, monthly status reports, and acquisition program support documentation.
  • Follow DoD, Army, and organizational templates and best practices.
  • Manage and create documents, briefings, and reports, and coordinate use of PE conference space.
  • Manage a travel budget, approve travel requests and expense reports.
  • Maintain an internal personnel database and coordinate, distribute, and track daily in-house taskers (ensuring that timely responses are submitted).
  • Maintain office reference materials, up-to-date personnel rosters, and organization charts.
  • Oversee execution of taskers by assigning and reviewing incoming taskers, uploading deliverables, providing responses, and ensuring due dates are met.
  • Supervise all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
  • Interface with end users, IT support, and client services.
  • Conduct team meetings and execute project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards by executing random spot checks and review of various contract deliverables.
  • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • May supervise professional and technical personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
  • May participate in the development and execution of budgets.
  • Participate in driving initiatives for achieving established objectives.
  • Serve as the primary or assistant technical and management interface for the company, customer, and senior staff.
  • Provide management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, personnel evaluation and support.
  • Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for all contract deliverables.
  • Responsible for assisting in the leadership and direction of a multidisciplinary staff.
  • Prepare and approve Standard Operating Procedures, protocols and other technical documentation.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Possess 8-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6-8 years with a Master’s degree.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) classified document handling procedures.
  • Experience working directly with Senior-level Government personnel.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with 5 years of experience using Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
