Mindlance is a national recruiting company partnering with leading employers in various domains. They are seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large complex integration programs and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Must Have: Large Complex Integration Program Management Experience
• Experience of IT Program Management is required
• Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
• Experience Leading / Managing Project Managers and other team members.
• Experience of Clarity, Open workbench, Ms Project and MS Visio PPM tool
• Experience of Transport Management Systems or Logistics Experience is a Plus.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management and as a Program Manager
• Not Looking for Blended Experience of Program and Project Management
• Experience of IT Program Management is required
• Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
• Experience Leading / Managing Project Managers and other team members.
• Experience of Clarity, Open workbench, Ms Project and MS Visio PPM tool
• 7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including 7 or more years managing projects and at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
Preferred:
• Experience of Transport Management Systems or Logistics Experience is a Plus
