Job description

itD is seeking a Senior Operations & Program Management Leader to drive operational excellence by designing and leading scalable sales operations and strategic programs that enable sustainable growth across a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales operations, business strategy, and program management, with a proven track record of building repeatable processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
Location: Onsite - San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: 40 - 40.95 (hourly)
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement scalable operational frameworks that improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and operational consistency.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic sales programs, establishing milestones, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Analyze complex business data using advanced Excel, Google Sheets, business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to communicate strategic recommendations, operational performance, and process improvements through clear executive-level presentations and reporting.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop innovative, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and support a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align priorities and drive organizational success.
  • Build and continuously improve repeatable operational processes that support long-term business growth and organizational scalability.

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Extensive experience in sales operations, business strategy, or program management within a high-growth technology or enterprise sales environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with modern program management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting complex information to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong experience designing scalable operational processes and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
