The manager provides guidance and development for associates, fosters strong relationships, and upholds company values and ethical standards. By analyzing performance data and managing risks, this position supports continuous improvement and delivers impactful results that meet customer and organizational needs within a dynamic and evolving environment.

The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
