An Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, tracking and documentation of all aspects of equipment asset management. This position must have strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting, showcasing a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Critical for success are the abilities to provide excellent customer service and maintain open communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange/Coordinate electronic funds transactions for equipment purchases. Validate funds transfer instructions with vendors. Communicate transaction status with Finance department, Shops, Divisions, etc. as needed
  • Generate and maintain asset numbers; communicate to appropriate parties
  • Establish and maintain all record keeping processes as assigned
  • Oversee internal invoice billing and tracking/management of payment status

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2-4 years of vendor/relationship management experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel skills)
  • Customer service experience
