Program Coordinator, Canada

You'll be responsible for:
  • Champion Safety First, embedding visible safety leadership, wellbeing, and compliant HSW practices.
  • Deliver projects with a clientfocused approach, ensuring quality, programme, and milestone achievement.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and governance with integrity, supporting sustainable business outcomes.
  • Lead, collaborate, and develop teams, partners, and stakeholders to achieve project KPIs and excellence.
 
You'll need to have:
  • Relevant project or construction qualification, with professional accreditation or working towards recognised membership.
  • Strong health, safety, and regulatory knowledge aligned to sector and local standards.
  • Proven project management experience across consultancy, construction, or infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problemsolving skills, demonstrating Mace values.
 
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000-150,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
