Lead Growth and Operational Excellence Across Ontario

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Operations to lead a large, multi-site operation and drive continued growth, operational excellence, and business performance across Ontario.

This executive role is responsible for shaping strategy, leading operational execution, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading large-scale operations, managing complex business portfolios, and delivering sustainable results.

We welcome leaders from a variety of service-based industries who have successfully led large teams, managed complex operations, built strong client relationships, and delivered measurable business outcomes.

As Vice President, Operations, you will:

  • Partner with senior executives to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
  • Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the Ontario business.
  • Drive business growth, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
  • Use data, innovation, and operational best practices to improve performance and scalability.
