The Vice President, Practice Management is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and executing the national strategy for advisor productivity, practice management, and growth across the Wealth Advisory Group.
This role serves as a key member of the leadership team and is accountable for accelerating advisor success through scalable practice management frameworks, business development initiatives, and advisor coaching strategies. This role will build the training and support framework to develop and attract advisors, deliver a leading client experience that is consistent, repeatable and powered where possible by common tools, technology and training.
Working closely with Regional Leaders, Business Development leaders, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams, the Vice President will drive advisor recruitment success, increase advisor productivity, improve client experience, and support the long-term growth of the advisor business.
The successful candidate combines deep wealth management expertise, strong commercial acumen, and proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence advisors and senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a national advisor practice management strategy aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on advisor experience, advisor productivity, recruiting effectiveness, and business growth opportunities.
  • Establish long-term priorities, success metrics, and operating plans to support advisor acquisition, integration, retention, and practice growth.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance advisor engagement and client experience across the network.

Practice Management & Advisor Growth

  • Build and lead a comprehensive practice management platform focused on advisor growth, client acquisition, practice optimization, succession planning, and operational excellence.
  • Establish best practices across business planning, client segmentation, service models, workflow management, and advisor operating models.
  • Develop scalable coaching programs that support business development, advisor effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase advisor adoption of practice management tools, technology solutions, and growth programs.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance advisor performance and strengthen competitive differentiation in the marketplace.

Advisor Productivity & Performance

  • Support establishment of key performance indicators and benchmarks for advisor success.
  • Partner with RVP's to identify performance gaps and implement targeted growth and improvement plans.
  • Analyze advisor productivity trends and develop strategies that support business growth, asset gathering, and client retention.
  • Support advisors in maximizing practice value and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on practice management excellence.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless advisor support and execution.
  • Champion technology adoption and digital enablement initiatives that improve advisor and client experiences.
  • Influence organizational priorities and advocate for advisor needs across the enterprise.

Business Development & Advisor Recruitment Support

  • Partner with business development leaders to attract high-quality advisors and advisor teams to the organization.
  • Participate in strategic recruitment efforts by communicating the firm's advisor value proposition, onboarding capabilities, and practice management offerings.
  • Support advisor transition planning and integration strategies that maximize recruiting success and retention outcomes.
