JOB SUMMARY: The evaluator will evaluate the effectiveness of assigned LifeStream programs in alignment with its organizational values of excellence, equity, and integrity. The position will collect and analyze program data, interpret findings, and suggest program changes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Education:
    • Master's degree in education, social policy, psychology, or related field is required.
    • A Doctorate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least three (3) years' experience working in the mental health and/or substance use field is required.
    • Experience in a management or leadership capacity is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft platforms

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Completes all requirements according to Individual Training Plan within the first six months of hire and annually. Other training and/or professional development may be assigned due to evolution of programs.
