Job description

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. i360 is seeking a Test and Evaluation Analyst to plan and execute testing of software changes across the client's Oracle Federal Financials environment, operated as a shared service serving multiple agencies and roughly 19,000 user accounts. This role develops and runs test plans and cases across all tiers of testing, validates that changes meet requirements, and recommends remediation for issues before they reach production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures so that system products and services meet client standards and end-user requirements.
  • Perform and support testing of software changes across the system, interfaced applications, support applications, and the standard workstation image, including all tiers of testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze financial application issues, document defects, and recommend remediation options for client approval before execution.
  • Coordinate with the functional, architect, help desk, and program leads to align testing with the release schedule and requirements.
  • Maintain test documentation, scripts, and results to support repeatable testing and audit needs.
  • Support upgrade and patch cycles by validating system outputs, data transfers, and release activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in testing and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing test plans, cases, and procedures for enterprise applications.
  • Experience documenting defects and recommending remediation.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain client site access.
Nice to Have
  • Testing experience with Oracle Federal Financials, including upgrade (for example, 12.2) and quarterly patch cycles.
  • Familiarity with federal financial management environments and shared service operations.
  • Experience with Section 508 accessibility testing and ServiceNow-managed change control.

  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
