Location: Various locations across Ontario The Research Analyst/Evaluator conducts research and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the organization's programs and initiatives. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement research and evaluation plans.

Collect quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Analyze data and identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
