Role:

The Program Assistant is responsible for assisting in the development, monitoring, and enforcing of Boys & Girls Club (BGC) community center policies; assists in supervising daily community activities; responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of community center facilities, furnishing and equipment, and assists in maintaining records, statistics, and memberships.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.


Minimum Requirements:

Driving: Must have a valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.

Experience: One year of similar or related experience. Must have swimming abilities

Education: High School Diploma/GED

  • Must obtain Food Handlers certification within 2 weeks of hire.
  • Must obtain Spillet University online BGCA Basic certification & Mentoring in Indian Country certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain First Aid, CPR, & Lifeguard certifications within 90 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification within 1 year of hire.
