Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Program Manager of Ministry Formation to join our team. The Program Manager of Ministry Formation supports the design, coordination, and implementation of formation experiences that deepen Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and mission integration across the health system. The Program Manager ensures consistent delivery of high-quality formation content and contributes to evaluation efforts that strengthen the organization's identity as a Catholic ministry inspired by the legacy of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis.
