Registered Nurse – PRN Role

Location: Baltimore, MD, 21234
Employment Type: PRN 
Pay Rate: $32 - $40 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available: 8-hour shift

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a PRN (as-needed) role at our healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of care and safety for patients.


      Key Responsibilities:

      • Administer nursing care and monitor patients’ health status.
      • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
      • Assist in procedures and ensure patients are comfortable and informed.
      • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
      • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility policies.
      • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
      • Assist with patient assessments and provide feedback on treatment progress.
      • Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical moments.
      • Adhere to all clinical guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Education: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
        • License: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
        • Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
