Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Rate: Up to $22/hr with shift differentials
Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a personable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our nursing home residents, located in Warsaw, IN.
Join our team and grow your skills as part of a caring and compassionate multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on enriching the lives of our residents every day.
Shifts Available:
  • Full Time/Part Time: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a
CNA Job Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with needs including therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care when applicable.
  • Provides nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures and ensures the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Acts appropriately under the direction of the Charge Nurse and as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Assists residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming in accordance with the established Care Plan.
  • Ensures residents are out of bed according to the established Care Plan.
  • Interacts with residents, family members, coworkers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a supportive, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned in accordance with the resident Care Plan.
CNA Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a state-approved training program.
  • Certification documentation must be provided upon application.
