About the Role

Power Innovations International (PII) is seeking a Program Management Leader to drive the successful development of next-generation EV Charging and Power Conversion / Edge Energy (PC/EE) products. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, and builds scalable program management processes across the organization.


This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoys aligning engineering, business, and customer needs into successful product launches.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage PII’s project management team
  • Oversee new product development programs from concept through launch
  • Drive execution of EV charging and power conversion product initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to scope
  • Develop and implement standardized project management tools and processes
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on program and product status
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Evaluate program financial viability and product profitability
  • Define clear project goals and maintain focus across teams
  • Lead productive stakeholder and cross-functional meetings


What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)


Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry
  • Preferred: 2+ years in EV, energy storage, or power conversion
