  • B.Sc or B.Eng in Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 15 years of program management experience in ASIC, IC, hardware, or technology development is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must.
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks, drive execution, and resolve issues with minimal guidance.
  • Experience in managing schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, and supplier relationships is preferred.
  • Direct experience with ASIC or IC development programs is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with system-level hardware development and manufacturing processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, qualification processes, and supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Experience working with semiconductor suppliers, foundries, packaging, or test partners is beneficial.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude and a passion for driving complex projects to success.
  • Organize and drive complex logistical challenges in hardware development, spanning from prototypes to NPI.
  • Support the Hardware Program Lead and Designers in executing programs, including supplier engagement and prototype planning.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage integrated program schedules across ASIC development, hardware design, operations, and manufacturing teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ASIC suppliers and external partners, leading supplier meetings and tracking commitments.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain Management to negotiate contracts, ensure component delivery, and develop distribution plans.
  • Prepare regular program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify and resolve issues independently, ensuring timely and efficient program execution.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, driving complex programs with minimal supervision.
  • Foster a proactive and innovative approach to hardware development and problem-solving.
