Be part of a compassionate, patient-focused team making a difference in community health.
Are you passionate about supporting others and making a difference in daily lives? We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you'll assist residents with daily living activities and help each maintain their highest level of independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
  • Assist residents with meals and report any changes in eating habits
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas
  • Help residents participate in activities and move safely throughout the facility
  • Support individualized care plans and participate in care planning with families and staff
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
  • Assist with supplies, linens, and general housekeeping tasks

Position Highlights:
  • Recruitment and Retention Bonus totaling $750
  • Sundays and Mondays, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, 16 hours each week
  • Paid time-off after 90-days of employment, for when you need to recharge

Requirements
