What You'll Do (Besides Being a Total Hero)
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that keeps patients at the center of everything you do.
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and your nursing colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document patient stories in our electronic health record.
- Educate patients and their families to promote healing and understanding.
- Respond to emergencies with calm, grace and maybe after that, a well-deserved cup of coffee or tea.
- Share feedback and insights with peers, leadership, and our Chief Nursing Officer to keep improving patient care.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and growth.
Position Highlights
- 24 hours, 7pm-7:30am, 2 shifts per week for optimal work-life balance
- $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus, we want you here

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN License in Washington State or a Multi-State Compact Nursing License
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, TNCC or others may be required depending on unit-we'll help you get them!)
- A sense of humor, strong work ethic, and nerves of steel wrapped in kindness
- Preferred: 1+ year of hospital RN experience (but we also welcome and mentor new grads!)
