Harborview Medical Center's Mental Health and Addiction Services program has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Assistant.
WORK SCHEDULE
Per-Diem
Day Shift
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain records, files, and statistical data for program operations.
Prepare narrative and statistical reports for program activities.
Ensure compliance with data reporting requirements for program contracts.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Serve as the primary support contact for case managers and mental health practitioners.
Perform data entry in Epic Care and manage QI data.
Utilize spreadsheet, database, and graphics software for reporting and presentations.
Manage forms, correspondence, and assigned projects while ensuring confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND Two years of clerical experience.
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Experience working in a medical or mental health setting.
Proficient in Windows-based computer applications, including data entry and management.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
