Job description

Tetra Tech AMT is looking for an Journeyman Program Analyst
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide support in preparation, analysis, and evaluation of project material, which will include complex formatting of electronic documentation, project archive maintenance, and meeting coordination and scheduling.
  • Perform a variety of program analyst functions/duties to include but not limited to the following:
    • Program planning
    • Preparation and analysis of program related data
    • Review of program status
    • Preparation of reports
    • Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings
    • Preparation of materials for program briefings and presentations
    • Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and Regional office personnel
  • Duties will also include:
    • Calendar maintenance
    • Visitor greeting
    • General office maintenance

The successful candidate will have:
  • Successful completion of 4 years of study in accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree or better with a major field of study related to this professional occupation
  • A combination of education and experience - at least 9 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for the degree requirement, or an equivalent combination of materiel management experience, college level-education, and training that provided professional knowledge is acceptable
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Materiel Management that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions, plan and organize work, and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
    Strong knowledge/experience with the Microsoft Office Toolset, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
    Experience working in a customer facing position and must have strong communication skills

Salary: Up to $80,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
