Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Educational Finance, Accounting or related field. (relevant work experience may be substituted).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with core functions, including purchase orders, invoicing, reimbursements, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, reporting, and data management
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, files, and reports with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple concurrent tasks

Annual Salary Range for the 2024-2025 School Year: $54,007 - $90,645
(dependent upon experience and qualifications)
