Our Programย Aide hourly rate ranges from $18.50/hr to $19.70/hr depending on experience and licensing. ย As a full time employee, you will accrue paid time off starting day one. ย Need insurance? ย Desire low benefit premiums? Upon hire, as a full time employee, you can select benefit elections and have insurance effective the month following a thirty day enrollment deadline. ย With additional incentives such as 401K, basic life insurance andย employee referral bonuses, Able2 provides you with stability as well as a better purpose.

As a Program Aide, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Familiarize self with each individual's personal needs, preferences, and program plans.
  • Assist individuals with physical care (toileting, positioning, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, etc.) as needed, or designated by plan.
  • Implementing service plans as determined and written by planning team.
  • Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and care of individuals as required.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
  • Participating in activities/outings, and much more.
