Job description

Avina of Pewaukee is looking for outgoing and hard-working dietary aide to add to our excellent kitchen staff. 

No previous dietary aide experience needed!

Job Summary:
Currently hiring for both Full-time and Part-time positions.  Avina of Pewaukee has an excellent dietary department that produces quality nutritious meals.  Apply today to join our excellent team.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Dietary Manager and Cook

  • Preparation of meals

  • Breaking down Meal Carts (Cleaning and sanitizing after meals)

  • Assist in daily scheduled cleaning duties

  • Prepare and deliver snacks between meals

  • Delivering meal carts to dining room and resident halls

Qualifications and Skills:
experience helpful but not mandatory

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Customer service skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Must be able to follow written and oral directions

  • Must demonstrate time management skills
