Apprenticeship Program: Account Coordinator Track
We are hiring for 2 to 3 Hourly Account Coordinators for our 120 day Apprenticeship Program with the opportunity to evaluate the contract at the end of the program for a potential full time role based on client need and performance.
This is a 4-day per week in-person role.
Role is required in person at our headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.

Our experience is vast, working with companies of all sizes, including Fortune 50 brands, medium sized businesses, and innovative start ups. We pride ourselves on being agile, highly responsive, and able to generate ideas that push the envelope and deliver measurable results.
About the Program
  • You will join our team as an hourly employee working 40 hours per week for 120 calendar days.
  • As an apprentice, you will take on the responsibilities of an Account Coordinator while also receiving mentorship and structured support to help you grow.
  • Our goal is to ensure that this role aligns with your skills, professional growth goals, and career aspirations and that you are a strong fit for our team culture.

Performance Reviews and Growth Path
You will receive monthly performance reviews at days 30, 60, and 90 where you will be provided with direct feedback and coaching. These check ins are designed to help you strengthen your skills and provide clarity on your long term fit with the team.
At your 90 day review, one of three outcomes will be determined:
  1. You may be offered a full time Account Coordinator position.
  2. We may agree together that this role is not the right fit.
  3. We may extend your hourly apprenticeship beyond 90 days to allow both you and the team more time to evaluate fit before making a decision.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Account Community Management
• Responsible for high quality online community management, including error free copywriting
• Source and manage influencer and ambassador relationships through outreach and relationship maintenance
• Daily monitoring and response for all media channels seven days a week including occasional customer service
Seamless Content Execution and Project Management
• Meet all assigned deadlines while anticipating team lead and client needs
• Assist with content calendar creation through copywriting, sourcing, and strategizing content
• Learn and execute client tone of voice through copywriting blogs, emails, social media content, and more
• Assist with client special projects and campaigns through execution of timely and thoughtful content
• Own client projects and manage meetings with strategy and creative to ensure seamless delivery
• Solve problems by creating solutions while working collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Facilitate Instagram story creation and postings for client social media per strategic vision
• Use internal processes for projects through necessary tools such as Wrike, shared servers, and time tracking software
Creative Team Engagement
• Actively assist the creative team with content creation including photoshoots, video production, and design support
Other Responsibilities
• Keep project work on task and on budget through efficient execution
• Continuously learn and grow by staying up to date on social media and marketing trends
• Assist with Evoke projects, stay organized, and adapt to changing client needs
• Other duties as assigned by your manager
• Responsibilities may shift depending on the needs of the client and agency
