Position Description
Assistant/Associate Professor of Psychology.
The Department of Psychology at Georgia State University invites applications for two tenure-track positions at the Assistant and/or Associate Professor level in our Clinical Psychology Graduate Program (https://psychology.gsu.edu/graduate/). Our program has been continuously APA-accredited since 1973 and operates under the scientist-practitioner training model.
The position could begin as early as January 2027."


Required Experience
Assistant Professor: Early level career as a faculty member with post graduate training.
Associate Professor: Mid-level career faculty member with at least 5 years at rank of Assistant Professor or comparable training, background, and experience.
Required Education
A Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in clinical psychology is required at the time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations, etc
Applicants should also provide a description of their clinical experience and interests.
