CDL-A Driver – Home Weekly Onsite | Tucson, AZ Phoenix, AZ
Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated SOLO driving opportunity.This position is ideal for dependable drivers who take pride in safety, consistency, and efficient route execution while managing dedicated regional freight operations throughout the Southwest and Mountain regions.HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate CDL-A sleeper trucks across dedicated regional delivery routes
  • Transport dry freight while maintaining schedule consistency and delivery accuracy
  • Hand-unload freight using gravity rollers at designated delivery points
  • Complete 2–3 loads weekly with multi-stop route management
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs and transportation documentation
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding route updates and delays
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and transportation regulations
  • Maintain freight integrity and operational efficiency throughout assigned routes
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Proven experience in regional or dedicated route driving
  • Ability to unload freight using gravity rollers
  • Strong DOT compliance and safety history
  • Comfortable operating sleeper cab equipment
