Job description

As an award-winning strategy, consulting, and staffing firm serving the Texas market, we are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team in Irving, TX (fully onsite to begin). This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for opportunities with our clients. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.


The Recruiter will work closely with the management team to support recruiting initiatives, maintain candidate pipelines, and help deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and contact potential candidates for open positions.
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements and job fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the internal database/ATS.
  • Present qualified candidates to the management team and clients.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
  • Support recruiting efforts across a variety of industries, markets, and position types, gaining exposure to diverse client needs and hiring environments.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of staffing agency or similar high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for various roles across different industries and markets, including: Information Technology, Accounting, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet research, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searches, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
