Title:

Hotel Concierge Ambassador

JobDescription:

Cambria Hotel is located on beautiful North Ocean Blvd we are looking for a hospitable and professional Hotel Concierge Ambassador to service our guests while providing the highest most efficient levels of service.

In this role, you will support our front office along with the food and beverage team.

Our goal is for you to be able to create a guest experience above standards.

TypicalWork Conditions:

Naturally greet guests upon entering the lobby with a sincere and welcoming smile.

Offer assistance to help if you see the need for example, "The guest has many bags, let me get him/her a luggage cart."

Equipment Used:

Luggage Cart, Knowledge of Community and the event and social that week and /orinformation on events, Local Maps, Fax, Shredder, Phone.

Knowledge/Training:

High school diploma and/or equivalent with two years of hospitality experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, good oral and written communication
skills, good organizational skills, proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word and
Excel, PowerPoint.

Clear and strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Essential Tasks:

Facilitate the needs of the guest such as room reservations, upselling restaurant reservations, daily requests, etc.

Learn the names and personally recognize Cambria Hotel regulars.

Possess the ability to anticipate the needs of guests' requests before they have even been made.

Be knowledgeable about the hotel & its services, local area, local events, attractions, sightseeing and cultural events.

Be able to prioritize job functions to best satisfy the guest.

Provides the highest quality of service to guests at all times.

PM shift Attendant must have alcohol knowledge preferred.

Trained to follow Health, Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.

Keep all areas clean and maintain.

Ex. Wipe down equipment and work area associated with your job functions.

Restocking and replenishment products and supplies during shift if when needed.

Maintain an orderly lounge while making sure all guest are satisfied.

Trained to follow all Emergency and Life Safety Procedures following key control procedures.

Follow dress code standards for your position. Nametags required on duty.

Be flexible to perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Encourage all guest to review his /her experience at Cambria Hotel, even more the service you provided.
