• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy programs for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy treatments to individuals, groups, families, and couples using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief treatment.
• Collaborate effectively with various interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and records in adherence with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software for efficient information management.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, to stay informed of advancements in mental health practices and research.

As an LPC at Transformative Unicare Counseling Center, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, couples therapy, and substance abuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical principles guiding the field of mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a healthcare team environment.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly valued.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and effective counseling strategies.
• Proficiency in EMR technology and healthcare-related software tools.
