Job description

  • Third Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
  • Department: Production. 
  • Temp-to-hire position.

Job Description:
  • Primary function: Load and unload material from continuous pusher-style furnaces.
  • Once the material is out, an evaluation of the electrical properties of the material must be conducted.
  • This is a hands-on, physically active role in a high-heat, dusty production environment. 
  • No prior experience is required— we provide full training!
Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to read time on a clock.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Comfortable working in high-heat, dusty environments.
  • Able to read and record furnace times correctly.
  • Basic mechanical ability and an eye for material quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective time management; follows assignments through to completion.
  • Conscientious, punctual, and dependable.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
