Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Production Support Analyst with strong operations support experience. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting Linux and Windows servers, scripting, and interacting with database administrators to resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
• Looking for 3+ years of operations support exp. With strong Windows/Linux exp. As must.
• Any scripting language exp. Is required (Shell/PowerShell scripting is highly preferred), monitoring/automation tools exp. (Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics).
• The level expected: browse through servers and run commands (linux /wintel servers)
• Not looking for a Sys Admin who does installs. we dont do infra admin work.
• Autosys helpful, having some certificates like pki is a +
• Will learn new processes and apps.
• heavy monitoring, log in checks for certain errors, interact with DB SA's to help resolve and at times interact with clients. (not dealing with vendor or product infra security).
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of operations support experience
• Strong Windows/Linux experience
• Experience with any scripting language (Shell/PowerShell scripting is highly preferred)
• Experience with monitoring/automation tools (Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics)
• Hands-on experience with either Windows or Linux servers
• Experience with Shell/PowerShell scripting, SQL, or any other equivalent
• Experience of Monitoring or Automation Tools (Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNow, AppDynamics)
• Knowledge of TLS certificates, PKI Technology
• Knowledge of Webservices, Webservers, Application servers and Network Protocols
Preferred:
• Autosys helpful
• Having some certificates like PKI is a plus
• Will learn new processes and apps
