CKS Packaging is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations in our blow molding department. The production supervisor will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, production, and operational goals.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Requirements

  • Train, lead, and develop production team members.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily blow molding production activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Production Supervising experience
  • Hands-on, practical experience with blow molding of rigid plastic containers, is a plus but not required
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Monday through Friday (some Saturday's), 3:00pm-11:00pm
