La culture chez Waterville TG c'est Environnement axé sur la sécurité, l’innovation et la qualité La collaboration au quotidien dans un environnement sécuritaire et stimulant Un environnement humain, responsable et intègre, empreint d’inclusion et de diversité Principales responsabilités du poste : Pleins de tâches variées de production, on a de la diversité dans nos usines Tâches multiples au département du mélange - fabrication du caoutchouc Opération de presses de moulage : Injecter, démouler, ébavurer, inspecter Opérer les lignes d'extrusion : Programme, manipuler, couper, mesurer Opérations secondaires : Manipuler, couper, coller, inspecter - Parfois du véritable bricolage, mais du bricolage de précision Tâches connexes : Emboîter, préparer, transporter, inspecter - C’est un travail d’équipe sur toute la ligne Inspecter revient souvent, mais on veut le meilleur pour nos clients et les conducteurs! Caractéristiques du postes (à savoir avant de postuler) : Horaire : Être disponible 40h par semaine - de nuit, de soir et de jour (horaire fixe - aucun quart rotatif). *Il faut être disponible minimum 2 quarts de travail sur 3. Site : Être disponible à notre usine de Waterville et/ou Coaticook. Salaire : 26,97$/h Prime de quart : 1,20$/h (soir) et 1,75$/h (nuit) Période de probation : 720h Transport : Tu dois avoir un moyen de transport fixe et fiable, il n'y a pas de transport en commun pour venir à nos usines. Elle exploite des usines de fabrication à Waterville, Coaticook et Petrolia en Ontario et possède un centre de distribution situé à Sherbrooke.
