Overview:

The Print & Production Associate plays a critical role in executing on-site customer solutions, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers, plotters, inserters, cutters, slicers, creasers, fax machines) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, folding, laminating).
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, job ticketing and production jobs.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalate B/F and end user issues.
  • Monitor Office, Production, Wide Format supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions.
  • Use MS Office tools and internal client systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, email, messaging and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Xerox tools.
  • High attention to detail and organization and reporting volume data trends.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve all system operational issues.
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods).


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ year of experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
  • Training on Xerox systems, tools and equipment will be provided.
