About the Role
The Production Operations Associate supports the full transcript production lifecycle-from pre-production preparation through post-production delivery. This role is responsible for preparing rough drafts, organizing source data, and ensuring that certified transcripts and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
You'll work closely with Transcription and Deposition Operations teams to keep production workflows efficient and reliable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-driven work, enjoys managing multiple deliverables, and takes pride in operational excellence.
What You'll Own
Pre-Production Operations
  • Prepare rough drafts by organizing and validating source materials for accurate transcription

  • Edit and prepare audio/video files to support efficient transcription workflows
    Perform post-event quality checks to ensure files and data are complete and usable

  • Fulfill exhibit requests and ensure exhibits are properly labeled and organized

Compensation Information: $65,000-75,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual's location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine's total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
