Summary of This Role

Consults with internal/external customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheresto internal and external SLA's adherence. May aid in monitoring and reporting of performance and adherence to clientSLA's.Usescomplexmodels to develop operational capacity andmonitorsworkflow to achieveoptimalscheduling of multiple jobs from clients across the entireproductionprocess. Forecasts work volume based on prior history and forecasting from clients.Assistsin developing pro-forma statementsbased on existing trends and performance levels. May help develop software tracking databases as needed.

Shift: Wednesday - Friday and every other Tuesday from 4:45 pm - 4:00 am

What Part Will You Play?

  • Gathers and analyzes information from equipment vendors, card, print, or statement processes to model daily production and forecasts resourcing requirements (optimalmachine/equipmentutilization);

  • performs complex modeling to develop operational capacity.

  • Attends daily scheduling meetings for their area todeterminemachine workflow assignments.

  • Assigns and coordinates schedules by department and machine to minimize Service Level Agreement (SLA) conflicts andoptimizesproduction of multiple jobs from clients across the entire production process.

  • Monitors internal computer system todetermineif work is being processed andonpace to meet clientSLA's.

  • Communicates situational awareness of all processing jobs status to leadership during the shift and expresses any potential timing concerns andrecommendpossible solutions.

  • Compiles,reviewsand submits detailed production information to internal and external customers.

  • Collects and analyzesprocessfor potential client cost savings and/or failure data todeterminecause and effect and recommendspossible solutionsasrequired.

  • Utilizes information obtained from various systems to make recommendationsregardingstaffing, overtime schedules, Service Level Agreement proposals and overall production efficiencies.

What Are We LookingForin This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or equivalent or a minimum of 6 years of training and related experience in lieu of degree

  • TypicallyMinimum 4 Years Relevant Exp

  • Experience in work sequencing

Preferred Qualifications

  • TypicallyMinimum 6 Years Relevant Exp

  • Prefer exposure to Lean/Six Sigma environment

  • Four years of experiencemaintainingfast-paced production machinery.

  • Experience troubleshooting production equipment that uses pneumatic,hydraulicor programmable control systems.
