system records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) reflect true on-hand quantities
at all times. The ideal candidate is physically capable of handling heavy or bulk materials,
detail-oriented in inventory tracking, and experienced with WMS platforms.
Responsibilities
• Receive, organize, and stage raw ingredients and production components including bulk
liquids, barrels, drums, and heavy boxes in designated storage and staging areas.
• Move large and heavy materials throughout the facility using appropriate equipment
such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), drum dollies, and hand trucks.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify that on-hand quantities
match system records in the WMS; identify and report discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, and stored in accordance with product
requirements and facility procedures.
• Support production teams by pulling and delivering required materials to the line ahead
of scheduled production runs.
• Collaborate with Inventory, and Production teams to communicate material availability,
shortages, or overages that may impact production.
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, condition, and compliance; report discrepancies
to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of production areas, including moving
equipment, components, and packaging supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas, ensuring aisles are clear and
materials are stacked or stored in a stable and compliant manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills Required
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile physical
quantities against system records.
• Experience handling heavy and bulk materials including drums, barrels, and large

• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks;
forklift certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when managing multiple
SKUs, lot numbers, or storage locations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, packing lists, and production documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate clearly with
Production, Planning, and Inventory teams.
