Job description

Do you have at least one year of forklift experience? If you do, this Forklift Material Handler job could be a great fit for you.

Our client makes food products sold across the country. They have a clean workplace, steady hours, and a team that works together to get the job done.

As a Forklift Material Handler, you'll move materials, load and unload trucks, and keep the production lines stocked. Your work helps keep everything running on time.

You'll start with Verstela, and there is an opportunity to be hired by our client. You'll earn competitive pay and have access to great benefits.

Forklift Material Handler Duties:
  • Drive a sit-down and stand-up forklift.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Move ingredients and products around the warehouse.
  • Count inventory and complete simple paperwork.
  • Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules.
Schedule: Rotating Schedule 

Day Shift
Must be available to work any day of the week on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Pay:
Starting at $20.13 per hour
Additional shift differential available for qualifying shifts.

Forklift Material Handler Requirements:
  • At least one year of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience.
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
  • Able to work in a food manufacturing warehouse.
