Location:-North Charleston, SC
Shifts: variable shifts
2nd shift: 2PM-10:30PM
AWW 1st and 2nd shift

Job Description

Seeking a Material Handler / Inventory Support professional to support manufacturing and aerospace operations through material movement, inventory control, and warehouse activities. This role involves operating forklifts and lift equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production flow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support inventory control and material handling operations within manufacturing and warehouse environments

  • Operate forklifts and stacker lift trucks to move materials and equipment safely

  • Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and material distribution activities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle count activities

  • Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track materials and transactions

  • Support production flow and coordinate material availability for manufacturing operations

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Assist with warehouse logistics, kitting, and production support activities

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of forklift and/or stacker lift truck experience

  • 1+ years of aerospace, fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse support experience

  • 1+ years of inventory control experience

  • Ability to obtain forklift certification/license

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and carrying activities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
